Overview

This section of the Law Guide deals with topics which are of interest to those individuals who are nearing retirement age and also those who are primary care givers of elderly parents. among others. The subjects of Wills and Estate Planning is covered in a separate section on Wills, since every adult, no matter what age, should consider having a Will prepared..

The subjects of Living Wills, Health Care Powers of Attorney, and Durable Powers of Attorney are covered in this section because these tools become more important as you become ages. However,  everyone should consider utilizing these documents as part of a comprehensive and complete asset protection plan.

You can create your own Living Wills, Health Care Powers of Attorney, or a Durable Power of Attorney using  Rapidocs™  for many states. All states will be available by July 1, 2000.
